Big footsteps...

Dad looking surprisingly contemporary for over a half century ago. He didn't need the trappings to be a wonderful artist. Makeshift easel, foil on the rabbit ears and headphones in an Alaska winter.

Roxanne Colyer is an artist, writer and healer who divides her residence and studio work between her Alaska birth home and her adopted abode near Portland, Oregon. Roxanne has professional certifications in bio-field energy applications and is a former fine art gallery owner.

After posing a question, I’m astounded to be making and enjoying collage pieces. There are artist’s who have raised collage to a stunning art form. I’ve been working these little pieces as a warmup to larger studio works and I’m happy these answers show up.
